I wanted a home where I could see the ocean, hear the ocean and have easy access to the ocean. This house fit everything and more. We walked to great restaurants for breakfast and dinners. We never needed the car. Only problem was finding the house. Could have used a number on the gate or on the driveway floor. We loved our time and plan to return.

The property was just what our family of eight adults was looking for. It was spacious and comfortable with views of the ocean from both decks. The neighborhood was quiet and just a block from a family-friendly beach. The house is down a narrow driveway that runs between a stonewall and another house. If you have a very large vehicle it could be a bit challenging to navigate but once through the parking area is spacious.

We had a lovely vacation at this spot. It is away from super crowded Pacific Beach and perfect if you want to go surfing. You can check the surf from the house. For those who want a swimming beach it’s a short walk. The house had everything we needed to make meals. We also had great communication if we needed anything. Highly recommended!!

We loved this house so much! Just walk out the back gate straight down to the beach. Definitely will be coming back.

This property has an amazing location--so close to the beach and a short drive to so many attractions. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. We appreciated having bathrooms on every floor and enough bedrooms for all the guests. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets, and a well stocked kitchen. Having a gated parking area was also greatly appreciated. The views from the windows were amazing. We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.
