We had a family of 12 ranging from age 12 to 72 and it was able to accomodate everyones needs. From the very short walk to the bay or ocean, to hanging out on the back patio or the rooftop. There are plenty of beach chairs bikes and boogie boards to use which was a very pleasant surprise. House was stocked with linens and all our kitchen needs. Another bonus is there is a small market and some eateries just a few steps from the garage. Highly recommend staying here for a great atmosphere and relaxing vacation.

Great stay at this Mission Beach oasis. We had an unforeseen issue arise and Toni was very communicative and speedy in helping us get it resolved. Plenty of room for our large family in both units and the market, pizza and taco shops next door were super convenient.

Great for a family vacation. Wonderful views from the roof. The condo's had everything you would need, beach towels, shovels, bikes, lawn chairs. Very clean. Thank-you the Gooch Family

Really nice house, great location, spacious. Large, convenient kitchen. Short, easy walk to both beach and bay. Clean and well stocked. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend.

This property is in a perfect location and excellent for large families. Everyone had a wonderful time. It rained very hard while we were there and we ended up with some severe leaks in the ceiling so we contacted the owner who addressed the problem immediately. The only issue that we had was that there are not enough pots and pans to properly cook for large parties of people. We made due by putting all of the pots and pans in one unit but I would suggest that if you have to cook for large parties to bring your own pots. I would highly recommend this property for large family get togethers. It is walking distance to lots of fun things to do. Thank you Toni for everything and just to let you know, Karen (next door manager) was excellent.
