Great location on a quiet street. A perfect spot to enjoy San Diego!

Charming, well-manicured residential street, within walking distance to family friendly Mission beach. Renovation was well done with fully stocked appliances and kitchen amenities, and comfortable accommodations. We had a nice stay enjoying family beach fun.

Property was very clean and well stocked. 1 1/2 baths made it a little difficult to schedule showers, but we made it work and had a great time.

We had 5 family members stay at this place, including 2 children (4 and 6 year olds). The place was clean and newly renovated. The renovation did have several minor issues, none of which were of worry. The place did smell like paint, but we were able to overlook it after turning on all the fans. This place does NOT have an A/C. We stayed in June so it wasn't that hot. But I wonder if the fans would have been enough during a 90+ degrees day. All in all, we would stay there again.
