Beautiful view. We had a great stay, the bed is very comfortable. The place is very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

We gave it five stars because it is exactly as described. Parking is wonderful and location is ideal. What it lacks in space it makes up for in location. However, the pullout sofa is OK for small children, but sleeping two adults would be very uncomfortable. The beach equipment and fun items were perfect for beach days. Boogie boards, sand toys, bikes, and chairs are so helpful for a great day at the beach. There are plenty of dining options and coffee shops in walking distance, and the convenience store right downstairs saved us multiple times.

Overall great place to stay. My husband did get stuck in elevator for a couple hours on arrival. There is an entire flow chart that says what to do in case that happens but that was a hot mess. That is HOA issue and not “surf style”. Overall loved the place. Nice views. Close to beach and boardwalk. Is as pictured but “penthouse” is a stretch. It is a nice small top floor 1 bedroom condo with beach views.

Great value for location. Close to the beach and many walkable place to eat. Facilites are a little dated and showing their age, but still very comfortable.

Lovely spot very close to the beach and lots of great dining options. Host was very communicative. Loved this place!
