Visited SD for a trade show. Like to keep the team together and away from distractions. Great place.

We rented 2 of these townhouses, both were spacious, well appointed, and easily accommodated all 14 of our family members. Having the sandy beach right out our front door was the best thing for us. We didn't have any issues (except an SUV will not fit in the garage, only 6ft of clearance) but we knew that upfront. We highly recommend to other large family groups & hope to rent these units again in 2021.

Nice to be right next door and have 2 kitchens , beautiful views of the bay and walking accessibility to so many restaurants and activities. Had a couple maintenance issues but both were taken care of in a timely fashion. Short Uber rides to most San Diego attractions. Wonderful time with family!

We spent a wonderful week in this lovely beach house. The location is superb. The house is right on the sandy bay, and we had most of our meals sitting on the sand watching our kids play in the water. The Mission Beach strand is steps from the house & bussling with beautiful people walking and biking. The houses have comfortable beds. The management company did a good job alerting us to the lower garage height, which wasn't a problem since we brought our cars (not our suv's). The houses came with beach chairs and boogie boards. Both kitchens are well equipped.

The beach house was amazing! We all really enjoyed our vacation and the time together. The house had everything we needed and more. Close to entertainment, restaurants and some nightlife. Literally the house was right on the bay and the beach being so close was wonderful. We enjoyed sunrises and coffee on the beach in the morning. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We are already planning our trip for next year! Can't wait to get back to the beach and beautiful San Diego!
