With first time our entire family was together for many years, the three levels served all of us well! The weather cooperated for lounging on the beach, playing beach games, and riding the waves! Parking easy. Evenings and early mornings were beautiful from top (open) deck. Thank you very much.

Booking and check-in were very easy. The host answered all inquiries very quickly. There were lots of beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, etc. available for use in the garage, and beach towels were in the closets in both units. Great location to access the beach and the bay, and the neighbors are very friendly.

Overall this was a great place. It was perfect for our large family as we rented the upstairs and downstair unit together. They do no connect on the inside, we weren’t clear on that till we arrived but it made no difference to us. The balcony on the upstairs unit is awesome. The place was clean with lots of amenities. If I was nit picking I would say the place is a little older looking in person than what the pictures show. It could use a new railing and on the deck. With that being said I would still rent it again in a heartbeat. The communication was great and the place had everything we needed for our stay.

Our family really enjoyed the proximity to the “hard beach” (ocean side) and the “soft beach” (gentle bay side). Our kids and grandkids had a wonderful time in the water. We rented both the upstairs and the down for 16 people. Downstairs was a little tight for 10 people. Lots of space to hang out on the decks and we especially enjoyed the rooftop deck for the fireworks and stars. Being a big group we had several cars and found the southmost parking lot the easiest to find a spot for our extra car. Toni was very helpful and responsive to our questions.

Property was as represented. Loved the location and having a market right out the back door.
