Very clean. Excellent location. Close to beach and bay. Very quiet neighborhood so definitely not a party environment. Parking was great and had two spots for our unit. Could walk to Belmont Park or very short drive. I’d rent again

Really cute unit with nice furniture and furnishings, the patio was HUGE and great for our kids to easily go to and from the beach from the home. Friendly Surf Style managers that gave us very detailed information on arrival and activities/dining during our stay. 2 Thumbs Up

The location was unbeatable! Very quiet and the perfect part of Mission Beach for families- far away from party people and crowds. The space was large and comfortable. Having a washer in dryer in the unit (vs in a shared garage like is typical in these beach houses) was extremely helpful! Decor and bedding was upgraded and the beds were a dream! The outdoor space is shared but there are several different seating areas so you still have your private space. This was one of our family’s favorite stays!

This is an amazing location- so close to the bay and the beach! Communication from the hosts was on point. You will have a great time here; our family of 5 definitely did.
