This was an amazing condo right on Mission Beach - steps from the sand. Watching and hearing the waves was wonderful. Beds were very comfy, trundle made it nice for a family of 4. Windows in bedrooms had black out shades which was so nice so you could sleep in. Heater (fireplaces) were nice because it was a bit chilly while we were there. Neighbors were quiet and space was sufficient for car to park in garage with room to spare for storing supplies. Beach toys were much appreciated and made the trip a lot of fun. Full kitchen with gadgets was nice to cook inside. Neighborhood felt safe and there were lots of choices for shopping and dining. Would rent again in the future!

This was our third year staying at Beachside 4. Nothing beats the location - walking on the boardwalk, friendly people, watching the sun set from the balcony every night. We are already looking forward to next year!

Perfect rental with amazing view! This home is located close to great restaurants, farmers market, entertainment, and coffee shops ! It had everything you need for a beach day, including sand toys and beach chairs etc, all pots and pans, dishes and utensils of all kinds. Communication was fabulous. You do get one parking spot in a garage that's a pretty tight fit, typical for mission beach. The dolphin watching nightly was icing on the cake. Would recommend this beach house, the view alone is priceless.
