Great location, amazing views, helpful host! The jacuzzi was the absolute best part. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for nearly a week over spring break and needed to be someplace where there were things to do for the teens yet I need some R&R with little to do. The ocean is a stone’s throw from the three story home with great decks to hear the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. We loved everything about it. The home was clean and the kitchen stocked well enough to make breakfasts and lunches while we could walk to an array of dinner options right from the location. Don’t expect fancy- because the home is not a modern new build but it’s clean and well furnished and the location makes it priceless if you are craving sea air every second you’re in the home. The kids loved the hot tub and I loved the upper deck master bedroom- very peaceful and serene. While the boardwalk directly in front had some unsavory characters at various times, it made for excellent people watching and the house is secured very well and we never felt safety was compromised. We’d stay here again and again. It’s just a perfect set up for a crew with teens and the location is second to none.

Thank you for letting us stay at this wonderful home! It was so nice to be able to just relax and not worry about fixing food, etc. We just each chilled out in our own way. Some sitting on the beach, some running or walking on the boardwalk, some reading on the decks. We got coffee from the shops down near the pier and bagels and pizza. We had time to see other family who lived down in San Diego, but mostly we just enjoyed the sunsets each night. On Halloween we were treated to the nighttime bike parade and it was so much fun to watch on the boardwalk from our decks! We needed this restful vacation.

Great place to stay right on the beach! Sunset from the hot tub was a highlight of our stay. Easy check-in and house was exactly as pictured. Fireplace is non-operational, but we knew that going in so no worries there. Also garage is a bit tight, but as long as you are aware, not a problem - still were able to get two cars in. Kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed for our family's stay. The views from each level were fantastic and we had plenty of room. Being able to go from door to ocean in less than a minute was incredible! Location was terrific and we could walk/bike to anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Great location! Had everything we needed. Floors needed to be cleaned. Surf style was quick to respond and willing to send someone to clean if we wanted. The information email said that the windows are cleaned 2 x weekly. We had one very dirty window upon arrival and departure. We had one plumbing issue that was fixed promptly. The spa was fabulous! We had a great time.

Beach Break 2 is a fantastic house and the location in PB is great! We were within walking distance to everything we needed! The house was clean and comfortable! The only problem we had was with the air mattress not blowing up and Surf Style came to the house with a brand new one! There was nothing like enjoying the hot tub every night as the sun set! We would definitely stay again and plan to!
