This property gets 5 stars for location. It was stunning and made going to the beach so easy. The house is in great condition and had everything we needed. It was so luxurious, we felt like rock stars. The only thing I think future visitors might want to know is that the unit doesn't have air conditioning. When we opened the windows, the ocean breeze came right in and cooled things off very quickly. We felt like we were sleeping right on the beach! We were worried at first because the windows didn't have screens, but there were no bugs coming into the apartment. San Diego seaside is a miracle that way. We can't make any plans yet, but I know we'd love to come back and we'd definitely stay at this property again.

After vacationing in Mission Beach for over 10 years, all my wife and I can say is this is hands down the best 1 bedroom in the area. We recommend checking it out for yourself!

Best birthday surprise my husband's given in many years! He did great this year by choosing this wonderful and relaxing ocean front house. Sitting on the balcony enjoying sunsets in the evenings with a glass of wine with my husband, waking up to waves crashing, and being able to walk everywhere without needing a car...I couldn't have asked for anything better!!!

My wife and I just returned from our stay at this beautiful townhome and it was outstanding. The view, location and proximity to everything is amazing. Right on the beach steps from the ocean, you can't beat it. The best part is the second floor balcony, which the larger units don't have, so this is a huge bonus as the people watching is second to none. The unit is well equipped and has everything you need, 2 bathrooms is a bonus. Don't hesitate to book this place, once you've been here, you'll already be planning your next stay.

Nice condo right on the boardwalk. Upscale kitchen appliances and two nice showers. We'll be back.
