Wonderful location in North Pacific Beach for a family vacation. With our family located all across the country, this north PB property was just the place to meet and reconnect. The four bedrooms and third floor space provided plenty of room for everyone without being on top of one another. The rooms were beautifully decorated and you immediately felt relaxed and at home as you settled in for the stay. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for large family meals together or a quick coffee and breakfast before heading out to the golf course or for a walk on the beach. The lower level opens up to a private patio with a large table big enough for outdoor family dinners at the house. The third floor deck was perfect for cocktails, appetizers, sunsets and good conversation. The view of the nearby ocean, palm trees and cozy neighborhood are a good vibe and the gas fire place is a nice feature on a cool evening. There is a noise ordinance from 10pm to 8 am in PB and San Diego-but no worries, the property has plenty of indoor area to keep the conversation and family fun going. The large indoor kitchen table was great for card games and hanging out. The huge tv in the lower living space was great for those avid sports fans and Netflix watchers. The concierge service was a nice touch to help arrange for food delivery and organize activities. We used the service for food and drink delivery. There were some minor glitches but overall it was a nice feature and saved us a long trip to the store at the beginning of our stay - more time for family and less time in stores. We visited during COVID restrictions, but many of the local restaurants were open for partial seating on patios and most were open for carry out. The food choices in the area were very good. Seating for large parties is very limited but Fig Tree Cafe was able to accommodate us for brunch -yum! The property is a short walk to the ocean and there were enough beach towels for the nine of us to head to the beach to take in the views and enjoy the sun and fun. The beach also provides a great backdrop for family photos (share on house photo wall!) or a clambake dinner at the beach (great option for a large family dinner out of the house especially during times of COVID) The correspondence with property management is easy and the cleaning staff is friendly and courteous. The house was just finished being cleaned upon arrival and was in beautiful condition.

Everything was five star during our stay. 7 over 65 friends vacationed in a safe way, avoiding crowds and restaurants. We cooked all of our meals and found the kitchen to be wonderful. First class appliances, cookware, etc. Each of us agreed that the beds were very comfortable, and tables and patios perfect for dining and cards and games. HIGHLY recommend this home!!!

This was the most beautiful home. They had everything you would need to stay in or go to the beach. It’s a wonderful 2 block walk to the gorgeous beach and a 2 block walk to bakeries and restaurants. The house is designed and decorated perfectly, everyone can have their own space if desired. The patios are all gorgeous and so relaxing. I wouldn’t look any further and when I return will 100% stay there again. Thank you so much!

We loved staying at this house! Surf Style was super responsive, the house was amazing, and the vibe was just right. The kitchen is very well-appointed for a vacation rental. As example, the people who own this house must love coffee, because they had a coffeemaker, a Nespresso machine, a french press, a coffee bean grinder, and a frother! The house opens up completely to allow the coastal breezes to sweep through it. The rooms are all comfy, and it is a special treat for every bedroom to have its own full bath. The rental includes everything you need to enjoy the beach, cook great meals, hang out by the fire in the outdoor spaces, do yoga, etc. We tried to take advantage of all of the amenities! We WILL be back.

This a beautiful house and well suited to accommodating 10+ people easily. All the furnishings, appliances, and A/V equipment are first class. The layout of the house across 3 floors is perfect allowing for privacy but also separate gatherings. It is very cozy and spacious at the same time. You are fully supported by a concierge team that can help with anything at a moment’s notice. We would absolutely stay here again multiple times.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Even though we were traveling for work, staying in this house felt like a vacation. We particularly appreciated being able to open up the whole house to let in the breezes. We will most definitely be back.
