We loved this property, and it was the perfect setting to celebrate our Mom's 70th birthday. It was simply amazing, with so many areas to gather and enjoy quality time with loved ones! Very comfortable spaces, both indoor and outdoor, and just a quick walk to the beach! There were 12 in our party, and we were thrilled with all of the extra supplies available for our use and enjoyment. We highly recommend this beautiful, well-equipped property!

just left this home for a friends getaway and this property was awesome! the decorations and furniture all top notch which made it feel so comfortable like home. kitchen setup made it easy to prepare and cook all our meals! loved how each room had its own bathroom/shower access. would definitely stay here again.

Rented home for my parents and kids for my wife and my wedding in LaJolla. This house is so well designed and has every amenity imagined. Parents in their 70s, were in our 40s, teenage kids and everyone was impressed ! From a fleet of boogie boards for kids, beach toys, to plenty beach towels, provided hats (we accidentally took one and will send it back!),beach bags, lotion, etc...then in the kitchen coffee grinder, fresh coffee, Viking appliAnces and high end dish and cookware ... everything top tier!! Rooftop fire place and seating perfect for talking story and night cap. The king mattress was a dream and my wife and I spent two nights before the wedding weekend in the house and it might have been more comfortable than our massive oceanfront suite at La Valencia!! All of our friends agreed it is an epic rental! Walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. The owners/management communicate incredibly! Our only regret ...we forgot to print a pic to post on the memory wall (house has printer and paper in a kitchen drawer to do this!!) We’ll definitely send one!! Side note: we also highly recommend thefirepitguy to set up bonfire with fire pit and awesome Adirondack chairs and s’mores near Law street! Owners provide professional bound house manual and management co. Can arrange any activities.

Extremely nice property in a quiet neighborhood at Pacific Beach. We wish we could have stayed another couple of days!

House is fully remodeled with high end appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the espresso machine is a nice touch! Every room has a TV and bedding is very clean and comfortable. Location is great with walking distance to Pacific beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. A couple areas for improvement- There are a lot of flies in the back yard, especially inside the trash can! They need to have exterminator take a look at the situation. They declined our request for an early check in and a late check out (we stayed in late September, not during peak season). Property management should just state on the site that such requests are not allowed, so guests don’t need to even send a request.
