Our family loved the house...location was convenient, it is well-appointed and exactly as pictured. With family members arriving/departing (from the East coast) at different times, we loved the convenience to the airport. Kitchen was perfectly stocked for our party of 6. We did stop at a Ralph's Grocery Store, on the way from the airport, to pick up coffee (filters for coffee maker were provided) and bagels for our first morning. Loved the gas fire places in the family room and 3rd floor master bedroom. Used the gas grill (with a beautiful Pacific Ocean vista) and it worked well. Though there are 2 bedrooms on the first floor (where our college students stayed), the kitchen, family room and third bedroom are on the second floor. The master bedroom (with its awesome balcony view) is on the third. After visiting Coronado and San Diego, we all agreed it was so nice to come back to this beautiful, quiet oasis each evening. 655 was the perfect spot to say farewell to 2015 and toast the arrival of 2016.

Everything was perfect about this rental from the booking experience, payments and informative e-mails and texts, to the amazing, as-advertised location. We arrived late on a Friday night after a long drive through traffic to this amazing home with the perfect amount of space for our family. The instructions for getting into the property were clear and everything was clean and in good order when we arrived. The next day we woke up to the incredible view of the waves crashing on Pacific Beach. We went out exploring and found a multitude of restaurants within walking distance of the house. I have 3 kids in their 20's so the relaxed, sports bar type of restaurant was perfect for us. We found the house to be located near to everything we wanted to visit including Sea World, San Diego Zoo and the Safari Park. We also visited Old Town, Coronado and went Christmas shopping. The concierge service that was included with the rental was very helpful in providing assistance for shopping and restaurants. Overall the house was perfect for us. Thank you!

We truly enjoyed our time in the San Diego area and especially our stay at this property. We could walk down to the beach any time of the day and enjoy the sand and sounds of the ocean. The property was clean and well equipped. The décor was tastefully done which provided a comfortable spot to relax. The area is quiet yet close to restaurants and the grocery store. We also appreciated the private parking areas. THANKS for letting us enjoy this great place.

This tastefully decorated home is a home away from home. The views are exceptional and steps away from the beach. I would highly recommend this beautiful property.

GREAT HOUSE.STEPS TO PACIFIC OCEAN FROM YOUR PRIVATE GATE. EXCELLENT SUNSETS, BEACH, SURFING,OCEAN VIEWS FROM ALL AREAS OF THE HOUSE.VERY COMFORTABLE BEACH HOME.YOU CAN WALK TO THE RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS,CRYSTAL PIER, ETC..i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE.
