Incredibly private and spacious. Walked to the sunset every night and stopped to get a glass of wine or dinner on the way home. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The home is in a prime location in a quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance of great food and great surf spots. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved relaxing in the beautiful backyard as well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook some great meals. I'd highly recommend this spot and we will definitely be staying here again.

This home is a great way to experience Encinitas/Leucadia vibe. Great family stay place. Quiet cul de sac. Back yard well set up for Al fresco dining.

Staying at this beach house in Leucadia was truly a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the clean and stylish interior, and the peaceful atmosphere. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to all necessary beach supplies. The home is located in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac and walking distance to the beach and so many amazing restaurants. We enjoyed our evenings in the backyard BBQing and roasting s'mores in the fire pit. It was an trie home away from home and we can't wait to return.

We had such an amazing time during our stay! The home was spacious and very comfortable for our family. We especially loved the private, fenced in yard for our kids and dogs. The home is in a great location - easy to get around to beaches/restaurants/shops, but also tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac. We would love to stay there again!
