This house is a treasure! The updates are exceptional along with the well supplied kitchen. The reviews are all true. Great location with a beautiful view. Nice to have privacy of parking in the garage. Very quiet neighborhood. Walked every day with no concern for safety. We would love to return to this property. There was a giant spider web in the bunk room. When stay take a minute to check the corners of the rooms. Absolutely did not affect our time there.

Booking and checking in took a little more communicating that my last few AirBnB's, as if the owners had a bad experience recently, but we got in with no real interruption. And, once in . . . wow. Up the hill, almost to La Jolla, it's a beautiful location. The locals are super nice and we were close to everything- from downtown museums and events to beach-side restaurants. It's a costly area, but it's easy to see why. We had a great stay in a clean, comfortable home that felt more like a distant relative let you stay in their place than some sterile, short-stays only room. Not that it wasn't perfectly clean- it was - just homy and comfortable, too. We wanted for nothing while at home, and had a blast when we weren't. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful extra amenities that made our visit even more convenient—having access to laundry was a huge plus. The communication throughout our stay was excellent, and the pool was absolutely lovely and well-kept. We truly appreciated everything and would happily stay again!
