We were a group of 6 ladies and the house fit our needs perfectly! We absolutely loved the location. It was in between the beach and the bay. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. We loved having a garage as beach parking is not ideal. But having a garage truly made it worthwhile. We also appreciated the additional spot in front of the garage but we didn’t end up needing it. House was clean, beds were comfortable and the view from master bedroom was great! We could see the ocean and get a nice breeze each day. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will most definitely return to this home. The patio was great and the neighbors were very friendly.

This was a great stay for us. Comfortable beds, nice outdoor hangout areas, equipped kitchen, and TONS of PILLOWS!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Ubicación perfecta,la zona nos encantó. La casa tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, todo muy limpio.Ideal para descansar y pasar unos días con familia y amigos. El acceso muy sencillo y todo facilidades por parte del propietario. Repetiremos sin duda.

Rented a beach house on Ostend Court, Mission Bay. The location was fantastic, brief walk to the bay as well as the beach, restaurants and sourdough bakery. Twenty minute walk to the Belmont Rollercoaster. The accommodations were clean, with plenty of soft bath & beach towels. Very spacious for a beach rental. Especially enjoyed the various patios— comfy seats, and table top fire for roasting marshmallows. A few things to note: the Master is the only peek of ocean view, inside stairs are spiral, the garage is convenient, but super tight for two cars (free parking lot nearby, which guests were able to find spots), the Master shower is narrow with a step down tub, and half of the first floor patio rents to the adjoining neighbor. Overall, very pleased with communication, size and location.
