Great stay and very comfortable!

Sehr gute Lage. Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Strand in Fussnähe. Super mit der Garage im Haus. Haus sehr geräumig. Schlafzimmer und Betten top 😊. Sauberkeit in der Küche. Der Herd und die Pfannen müssten dringend entfettet werden. Das Sofa ist typisch amerikanisch. Wer gerne tief einsinkt ist hier richtig 😉.

Nice atmosphere! Great time for all! Only one to change if bikes are moved from garage. Their would more room for our cars. Overall great visit to Mission Bay San Diego.

Great stay, whole process from the start was impressive. Communications were fast and friendly and the house was awesome. Super simple to check in and out of the property.Location location location. What a great spot it’s so easy to get to the bayside beaches with little kids and the quick walk to the ocean side with a major crosswalk within a 100yds was perfect. The garage was huge and we could fit our Tahoe in there and have plenty of room for our beach stuff. Neighborhood is super quiet on this side of the action and we smiled a few times when we packed up for the night (ocean side) and came back to such a warm and quiet home. Markets and dining options everywhere and less than 1/2mile down the road which makes for some good strolls with the kiddos.Speaking of the home WOW! Three levels of comfort and style, all our needs were taken care of. Every family member raved about their rooms and the beds and we all slept great every night we were there. Kitchen was awesome and we had some great family meals while enjoying the breeze from the beach with the double sliding doors to the deck that open all the way up filling the house with the smell of the ocean. The access to SeaWorld and Belmont Park are second to none and every night we got to see the wonderful (and not loud) fireworks display from SeaWorld. You couldn’t have asked for a better spot to experience the 4th of July festivities that light up in a panoramic style all across the bay! Great times!

I’ve stayed at many places in San Diego, accessible to USD, and this was my favorite hands down. The property is spacious, clean, beautiful and very well maintained. We loved it! The area itself is wonderful, the bay is steps away and the beach is just a few more steps away. The neighborhood was quiet and really lovely. Mission beach has a “beachier” feel than the other beach neighborhoods (my opinion) and we really enjoyed that. Overall, I highly recommend not only Mission Beach but this property in particular. We were very happy from the moment we walked inside to the moment we left and I will definitely look to stay here again! 12/10 absolutely!
