Incredible location close to the beach, restaurants and stores! We were very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was — one of the best we’ve rented.

House was perfect for a group trip. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. House was well stocked and plenty of parking which is rare in PB. Would stay here again.

Easily getting 5 stars from my family and me! The property was spacious and location was excellent. It’s a must stay for a large family (we are a fam of 6). The only thing to note is that you are not able to see the sunset from the decks during all months. We stayed in June and the sun sat north from were the house is at.

We loved the location. Close to the beach and close enough to walk to various restaurants. The view of the ocean from the two decks was beautiful and relaxing. We had 8 people in our party and the house was perfect for the three families.

We enjoyed our stay in San Diego. Beach access and balcony views awesome. Easy to go out on outings- La Jolla in particular only about 10 min north. We had enough space for two families of four (with 4,kids ranging 1-5). We loved enjoying the balconies and the walk down to the beach was quick and easy. Don’t forget to bring baby gates if needed; it helped that the bottom and top floor bedrooms had doors you could close so no immediate access to stairs. Bathrooms a bit outdated but that is clearly shown in pics and didn’t spoil the fun!
