This place had everything we needed! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, towels, etc. we were overjoyed with all the beach equipment in the garage, wagon, boards, wetsuits, the kids had a blast!! We did try to text the PM, as a repair man showed up and we wanted to make sure he was actually supposed to be there. Never heard back.

We rented upstairs and downstairs with family and LOVED this location so much! Both properties well stocked and organized, amazing market with groceries and drinks right across alley and beach and bay are both less than 5 minute walks. We can’t wait to come back! 10 minute walk to Belmont park and busy boardwalk. Toys and beach chairs on-site - we will be back! (Frequent SoCal travelers from AZ and UT)

Amazing stay, amazing house, amazing location- walk to both ocean and bay as well as restaurants, amusements, etc. Check in was a breeze, amenities were just as listed in the description. Highlight of the house was the rooftop deck. Only suggestion for future renters is to be cautious of the sizes of cars you are bringing. The garage is very tight. We had 2 SUV’s that we were unable to park in the garage due to size but there is ample street parking - just beware of street sweeping. Other than that, it was amazing and everything we hoped for!

The property location could not have been better. Walking distance to beach, bay, grocery, restaurants, and Belmont Park. The house was beautiful with a rooftop deck/firework and water views. The property owner was flexible and communicative. Would definitely return!

I booked both units to accommodate several of my friends and their families to stay together before my wedding. It was a great option for a semi big group. Location was really great, near food, attractions, beach and bay. The roof top desk has amazing views!

This VRBO was the perfect place to have our Family’s Thanksgiving get together( after 2 years of of not seeing each other) grandchildren & parents downstairs & us upstairs along with son & his wife. Every morning kids would arrive upstairs to see nana & papa! We we so comfortable here- everything you needed .We cooked Thanksgiving dinner downstairs and enjoyed eating on the deck - then of to the beach ( so close). The host was great - always answering any questions & accommodating early check in on the upstairs unit plus a rebate due to the oven not working. Thank you again! Many memories -
