Great house and location. Secluded patio and beach amenities included were perfect. Highly recommended. Spent 7days/6nights with multiple teenagers and everyone left with fantastic stories and memories. Can't wait until the next booking -- J&K

The kids loved how close it was to the beach. The home was well stocked for a long stay. It could use a broom to clean off the outside.....and the flys were an issue. Overall it worked very well for us. Thank you.

Great location, beautifully decorated, easy-peasy vacation!

We stayed here in late July for a family vacation. The location was great. Very quiet. We enjoyed having the beach supplies as well as the washer / dryer and parking. The space was well equipped with kitchen supplies and lots of pillows, towels, comfy bedding, etc. there is no A/C but plenty of fans. The fireworks across the street every night were a bonus! We did have a small maintenance issue with the toilet which the management company fixed within 24 hours. The unit could use a little extra love in with deferred maintenance issues such as mildew in the shower, some broken shelves in the fridge, and a screen door on the front is much needed to keep out the flies. Also a good pressure washing of the deck and the outside area which look like they had not been wiped down in months. Warning. Very tight parking spot. We had a great time in South Mission! Our family of 6 stayed at this Avalon 1 beach vacation home in June and had an amazing stay. The house was nicely decorated with nice furniture, the kitchen was fully stocked, the parking was easy, and the checkout was crystal clear. We loved the patio too! Hope to be back in 2023 :)
