I celebrated my 60th Birthday with my kids at this rental and it was absolutely MAGICAL! The home is more beautiful in person, than in pictures! You won't be disappointed! It was the perfect location for our private beach party, and central to many attractions, restaurants, and activities! I will definitely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

I took all my adult children and spouses on a get-away to San Diego. This condo worked out well. We used two units for our ten people but they were conveniently located above and beneath one another. We really enjoyed our stay. The lower condo was a bit warmer and stuffier than that the top condo but it was all around a wonderful location---right on the beach with the boogie boards, chairs, bbq, supplied for lots of fun..

We had a lovely time at Jetty 3 this past week. It definitely met all our expectations. We were thrilled to be in clean, well-located spot. We rented both the upstairs and the downstairs unit for the whole family. While you have to go outside to get from one unit to the other, it wasn't a problem. The beachside porch and huge and very comfortable. I highly recommend!

Our family, 7 adults and six kids, loved the accommodations, the ample comfortable patio furniture, and our almost private beach playground. It was a short walk to the designated swimming area and we enjoyed being far enough away from the noise of the Belmont Park area, but close enough to walk there. Very nice units, newly decorated, comfortable and nicely appointed. Highly recommended.
