Great location, very responsive host.

Family reunion in September, 2023. This house is perfect. 10 adults & 2 toddlers. It is so open and spacious. It is not ultra modern and fancy which makes it perfect for us! It is warm, charming, relaxed, and exactly how you want a beach house to be. It feels so comfortable that you don't feel like you're a visitor, you feel like you're home. The kids can play on the grass, in the sand, in the bay, or in the waves. This was our 2nd stay at Treasure Villa and we are so emotionally attached to this property, I can't imagine gathering my family anywhere else. The location & size of this house/backyard is unmatched. The fenced in gates in the front and back were amazing with kids. The amount of beds & the size accommodated my big family well & with the whole house being on a single floor, it was so easy to navigate for my disabled mom and a blessing with young kids. The house has so many amenities (toys, lawn games, chairs, paddle boards, kayaks & bikes) to use out by the bay. Certain areas of the inside of the house are outdated, but it did not bother us. Only complaint, I messaged before traveling to see if any baby equipment was provided so we could pack minimally, the response was that no baby equipment was provided, so it was a little bothersome to see that everything we needed was actually there and didn’t need to be packed. Overall, however, we had a wonderful stay & 10/10 recommend

Great property for large family and little grandkids. One level, completely gated in, hot tub is elevated and house is easy to maneuver. There is nothing better than sitting on the patio, surrounded by loved ones, overlooking pristine Mission Bay and a nice Chardonnay. All our adult kids want a repeat next year. There is plenty to keep every age group entertained. Beach cruisers, paddle boards, kayaks, inflatables, lawn games or just basking in the sun. We will be back for more memory making in 2024.

Thanks Surf Style for a wonderful week! The house was amazing, well organized, clean and location is incredible. We were able to start our vacation immediately walking in the door: all the beach toys ready to use (canoe, paddle boards, boogie boards), basketball pumped to shoot baskets in the basketball hoop, beach towels all folded nicely and hot tub was perfect temperature when we got there. Lots of different areas to hang out around the house and outside to relax. Great property! We really enjoyed staying there and for sure will be back again!!
