We had a great stay at this home in Encinitas. It was an extremely comfortable and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need down to the Brita in the refrigerator. The home was perfectly provisioned for what you would need to be at a home on the beach as well. The views clearly steal the show here, but the home in an of itself is ideally laid out and accented. Direct access to the beach down the back steps is a huge plus. The house is positioned nearly in the middle of two public beach access points, so in the quieter stretch of Neptune Ave. which we really appreciated. (not that there is a noisy area! but more traffic around the the beach access on busier days)
A great place to decompress. This is the type of living that is so memorable about Encinitas from years ago. Chill, therapeutic.

This was my second time staying at the Sunset Beach property. The location is an A+. The Leucadia neighborhood is the perfect place to get away from it all in a laid-back beach community. This home is well-appointed and clean. It's small, but it's perfect for 1-2 adults and 1-2 small children. The steps down to the beach are steep, so be forewarned. I had no issues at all, so kudos to the staff for keeping things well managed. Hopefully I'll be back at this property in the future.

This place was overall incredible. The view from the private backyard is stunning, and the private beach access is very convenient. I also really appreciate the property providing beach essentials to make the beach days easier. I would definitely book again when coming back.

We loved this place! It was very well appointed and the view was unreal. We saw dolphins and so many sea birds!
There are over 100 (steep) stairs down to the sand, but we still loved the direct access. The main bedroom is very comfortable, but the second bedroom is small and the foldout bed is not the most comfortable. This made it a bit unfair sharing with another couple, but would work well for a kid.
We loved this place and will be back!

Wonderful property with breathtaking views, there are no words.Property management took care of everything with their pre-arrival instructions.Amazing restaurants within 15 minutes of location.Easy commute to San Diego Airport but you feel like you're a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of life.Looking forward to our next visit.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here and it's honestly it is such a special place. Open, light and airy with a wall of windows looking out on the ocean. Sunsets and morning dolphins. Everything is very clean, bed is comfy, and it's great to have two bathrooms. Also great to have the double-tiered patio and private access steps to the beach. We will be back! Thank you for this wonderful spot!
