Although the "reservation" process was somewhat tedious regarding correspondence from the manager, the property and specifically the location itself was truly amazing!! If you're looking for true beachfront accommodations, look no further, this is it!! Patio is right on the "boardwalk" which runs along Mission Beach with close proximity to Belmont Park and their water attractions, the FlowRider and FlowBarrel. Of course the Pacific Ocean is mere steps away and the beach and water are beautiful. Despite the traffic along the boardwalk (runners, skaters, cyclists, etc.) the home itself provides peace and serenity, especially in the evening. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy beachfront living. Some touch-up maintenance is due inside (paint primarily) but everything else including the beds, furniture, kitchen and beach amenities and toys are all top-notch!!

Nice modern beach house! We loved the floor to ceiling living room glass, and was close to lots of shops and restaurants. The expansive private front patio is really amazing, all six of us were able to comfortable lounge, bbq, & enjoy the Views. We had a fantastic trip and recommend for all groups young and old.

We normally stay at a nearby 2br condo, with neighbors on both sides & a small square patio. For about the same price, we had the entire front patio to ourselves and no neighbors on either side & the entire first floor to ourselves! Some nice surprises: 1. Fantastic new family restaurant at Belmont Park 2. Direct access from the garage to the unit, very convenient 3. Privacy window shades in living room! Highly recommend

I had a lovely time staying at this property. The ceiling to floor glass windows with a view to the beach was perfection. The location to all events in the area was perfect.the property was clean and as advertised. i would recommend this place to any of my friends

We absolutely loved this Mission Beach rental, it had everything we needed to feel at home for a week at the beach. The rental was very clean, there were plenty of kitchen utensils to cook meals although the BBQ only had 2 working burners which was a bit of a challenge. We loved that beach chairs and boogie boards were available for us to use, we also took advantage of the full size washer and dryer to wash towels and a few other things throughout the week. The beach is literally your front yard in this location and the view is amazing so we never even used the large TV's, the rental is also close to the amusement park and a few restaurants on the boardwalk so there is plenty of entertainment. This is a popular area so be prepared for a little noise at night from the boardwalk, as we sat outside throughout the day people would stop to ask if we were the owners because it was such a great spot! We basically lived on the private patio, there are several lounge chairs and a little table to hold drinks and snacks. The dual parking in the garage was also very helpful, parking around this area can be a challenge so that was a big time saver! The owner was very attentive, we had a few questions that were quickly answered, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy some time at the beach!
