We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was clean, spacious and exactly how it looks on the pictures. One of our favorite things about the house is that it was within walking distance from the beach. No need to pack everyone up in the car and drive to the beach, find parking etc. We did bring a fold-up wagon along to carry boogie boards etc down to the beach. We carried the wagon down the steps and path and easily pulled it on the sand once we got to the beach. We could see the ocean from our balcony and enjoyed watching the surfers. The house has a gated entrance so felt safe. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Sea World and other attractions. Would definitely choose this rental in the future!

Rental company was stellar with all of its communications, including texts. I truly appreciated how convenient, welcoming, and easy they made things. The house was everything we had hoped it would be -- walking distance to beach, clean, well furnished kitchen, etc. No surprises - just like the photos. It is a bit of a walk down to the busier boardwalk area for younger children, and similar on the beach to get to the swim area. The immediate beach access is surf-only, but it's just a short walk down the beach to the swim designated area. This wasn't a problem for us as I'm familiar with the area and knew it going in, but this may be noteworthy to others. We didn't mind the short walk in exchange for being in a private, quiet area, and we had a couple of surfers in our group.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. I appreciate that we were texted right away when the house was ready for check in. The rental company was very good at communicating back and forth with us. The house was well set up for our group and had all the necessities. We enjoyed taking walks to nearly anywhere we wanted to be (beach, restaurants, stores).

Everyone in our group loved our stay here. Property was exactly as advertised, especially the deck areas, ocean view, short easy walk to the beach, etc. This property is very comfortable, spacious and clean, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed for simple cooking and serving. We also found a great fish taco place and other restaurants and shops nearby. I would come back and would recommend to others.

We really liked the house we stayed at during out short stay. We had rented it for 9 but 3 members were unable to attend so we had an extra bedroom and bathroom. The water heater sprung a leak that Saturday morning we were heading to Sea World. We text our contact and they were out and took care of it by the time we arrived back that evening. We were able to walk to restaurants nearby and the short distance to the beach was awesome. We had our grandtoddlers a 4 and 2 year old and they absolutely loved it! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place for a short family vacation in PB. The location was close to the beach, shops, and dining options. There were nine in our party and everyone left satisfied.
