The location is amazing as are the views. Very close to shops, restaurants etc. The only drawback to this property is the size of the parking space in the garage. If you have a large SUV it probably won't fit and street parking is a nightmare. The property manager was helpful with our questions.

We have our brother reunion in Mission Beach every year because the area is just fantastic. This is the first year we stayed at this beautiful home. We were very impressed with the property. It is clean, quiet, and has a beautiful view of the ocean (about 50 yds. away). The unit has many nice amenities for cooking, doing laundry, and cable t.v in each room. It's located right on the boardwalk and very close to markets, food, starbucks, and bike & surf rental places. We plan to stay at this home on our future get togethers. The owner Nick was responsive and professional. Can't wait for next year!!

Enjoyed our stay the place was great and loved being right on the beach. Had everything chairs, boards it was perfect.

My family of 6 stayed at this very nice place from 10/13/16 through 10/16/16. It is RIGHT on the beach...step onto the boardwalk and hop over the short wall...you are in the sand!! It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen, boogie boards for the ocean, laundry and supplies. Belmont Park is right around the corner and plenty of restaurants within walking distance too. It is fun to watch all the people go by but had privacy with window blinds for night time. The parking is a little tight since we have a Chevrolet Tahoe but managed squeezing in. Would highly recommend this beautiful place!!

We had an awesome vacation here. The condo is as pictured and the location is even better than pictured. You are sitting right on the beach, separated only by a bike/walking path. The sand is soft and clean and perfect for bare feet. The water is a little cold, but all of us got used to it and enjoyed swimming every day. The condo is located right next to (not close enough to hear the noise, but close enough to walk) an amusement park, and even closer to an ice cream place, convenience store, Starbucks, and several authentic Mexican food places. There are lots of other rental properties on the same stretch of beach, but none that beat this price and location. We hope to go back!

We booked this place for a family beach vacation. The location was awesome, right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and attractions. We loved being able to just walk out the patio and onto the sand. The place was exactly as advertised, and was in excellent shape. Everything was clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of house supplies and beach toys available. The rental company was very good to deal with, and everything was very easy, which made for a nice relaxing time. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an easy, fun beach getaway!
