655 Loring was everything we expected - and more. Very clean, updated and with very nice appointments. Perfect for our extended family of 7 - grandparents, children and grandchildren. Little ones were tucked downstairs in the 2 bedrooms / jack n jill bathroom. Wonderful view of ocean/beach with a direct trail from back patio enclosed with locking gate for security. In fact, we felt very secure in this home with the gate at driveway operated by electronic keypad. 2 blocks to beach access at Law Street and walking down trail from back of house is a short distance to "surf only" beach - just have a short walk along beach to the regular swimming area. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you for making this retreat available.

Our family of 9 were completely comfortable in the beautiful 3 story, 4 bedroom home. Very spacious, clean and all necessities for our stay. Highly recommended!

This property turned out to be exactly what was advertised. It was close to the beach (for my grandchildren and their parents to play) and not far from all the activities San Diego / La Jolla has to offer. The house was is great condition, clean and well maintained.

Nice home. Well kept. Lots of room. Excellent location to the beach. Close enough but not too close to the crowds. We will definitely rent this home again.
