This is my 3rd stay in this neighborhood. This time I was bringing family along so i needed more beds. This is a 3 level with 1 master on top, living room and 2nd master in the middle, and 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom on the bottom. One of those has a double/single bunk so it can sleep 3. I say 2nd master because it has a nice big bed and a shower and a separate tub so it would be a master on it's own.
You can see the Pacific from the living room and the top master. There is a pretty trail to the beach right from the back door. The picture is very accurate.
Considering the comfortable 4 bedrooms and the ocean view, i found this to be a really good value for this area.
We used the washer and dryer...both are very nice. Detergent was provided. The provided bath soap/shampoo got us exactly though our 5 days so that was nice.
Living room with large couch and additional seating was comfortable for the full crew. Uverse cable TV and internet both worked great. TV in the master was nice addition.
Kitchen includes a nice dishwasher and is stocked with enough bowls spoons etc for the full house.
Access was easy and instructions were easy to follow. This place uses a 3rd party property management company that communicated clearly and personably.
Besides beach access...i like this location because it's a few blocks north of the hustle and bustle of Pacific Beach proper, and within the neighborhood are several excellent coffee/breakfast places, restaurants and an upscale market. You are also only a few minutes drive from La Jolla, but you aren't paying La Jolla rent!
All in all, I'd look to book this place again if i bring the full family again.
