Had a great vacation here. Shops and Activities for the family with in easy walking distance. Nightlife close by. We will be back!

Thank you for creating beautiful memories for our family. The home was amazing and a blessing to wake up too. I would suggest just a few more small sized bath towels. It was very comfortable for a family and very clean.

Super nice place right on the sand! I usually have a few complaints and recommendations...the only thing I could think of is extra food essentials would have been nice (like oil, seasonings, tea, etc) but that's being picky. Easy walk to Belmont Park's new restaurants (our family recommends DRAFT restaurant right on the ocean) and fun rides. Lots of sand toys, nice working bbq, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, even had a shade awning that fully covered the patio. The reason we booked this home was none of the other units had access to the front patio, and is one of the reasons we hope to return each year. Special thank you to Nick, Erika, and Greta for making our stay easy, clean, comfortable, and unforgettable.

This is our second year in this condo and both years have been terrific. We had a few problems but they were immediately addressed by Greta, Nick, and John. The location and the management company are unbeatable.

I have rented multiple properties on Mission Beach and this is by far my favorite. Very Comfortable even when you are stuck inside on a chilly day. It was nice being on one level. The kitchen is a dream. The property manager was very helpful. I definitely would rent this property again.
