This property was excellent. Great view of the beach, right on top of the boardwalk. It’s a pretty good walk to Belmont, but a great way to get some exercise. You can walk to pretty much anything you need. The only thing I would recommend would be some type of shade or curtain to block the late afternoon sun from coming into the living room. We were incredibly happy with our accommodations for our family. We sat on the balcony listening to the waves and enjoyed our morning coffee and then finished the evening grilling and watching the sun go down from the exact same spot. This is a perfect quiet location to have as a home base that you can walk or bike North or South to access anything from restaurants to roller coasters. Of course we had to hit up a family favorite of Baked Bear while there! The accommodations were gorgeous and complemented our view of the ocean. The only request or consideration that I noted while there was wishing we had a broom handy. No matter how much we rinsed our feet or shook our towels, that beach sand likes to hide everywhere! This condo had 3 tall standing fans. Loved the patio area, sat out there with my coffee. There was plenty of room and very comfortable for the price. We hope to be back in future. It was nice to wake up to seeing mission beach! The staff were very attentive and assisted with a small hipcup we had, laundry key was misplaced from prior quest, they addreessed it within 12 hours with a solution. Again a great place! Highly recommend!!

Easy process on VRBO and 710 Beach Rentals has great properties and property managers who are very helpful.
