Stayed here with my son for short vacation. Can’t beat the location right on the beach! Nicely updated place with everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin. I could hear the next door neighbor’s conversations, alarms, and all footsteps from above.

We loved our stay at this property. Almost everything was absolutely amazing. A few minor issues: 1. It was advertised having an elevator. When we got there, I could not get the elevator to work. When I called, they told me, "no one has ever asked to use this. I don't think it is available." I was not very happy, as I had someone with me who is disabled. I specifically got this unit because it had an elevator. Thankfully, I FT resident let me use her key. Eventually, I found a key hanging that worked in this unit. So, the lady that I talked to had no clue, but it all worked out. It was as advertised. 2. I noticed upon walking in that dining table was full of hair and dust. Also, found a baby diaper behind the nightstand in Master Bedroom. :( Again, not happy, but nothing major. They gave me a $100 refund. All ok. 3. The upstairs unit has a small child that runs around ALL day long. If you plan on being in unit during the day, be prepared. Not bad, but there. 4. Carpet needs to be cleaned. It is not bad, but showing signs, especially entering the bathroom. 5. Bathroom is very small. Taking care of someone disabled, we brought our own shower chair, but still crowded. Small sink area. I cannot imagine having 4 adults in this unit. It would be crowded. PROS: 1. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Having both sliding doors open on the Master and the living room, we got to hear the ocean sounds 24/7. 2. Originally, I wanted to be on ground level. I am very thankful that we were on the 2nd level, even though it caused a bit more work getting our personal items in & out. We had a beautiful view, didn't have the noise of being on ground level, and peace. 3. Everything was very up to date. Having a big, spacious place to relax was amazing. 4. They were always quick to respond to any issues or comments. 5. Again, the view from this unit is awesome. Sitting outside on the balcony for breakfast, lunch or dinner was amazing. The sunset view was priceless. It was so relaxing and much needed. 6. The bakery & restaurants that were so close were a delight. Lots of great places to walk to around the area. 7. I would definitely stay in this unit again.
