Views, views, views! Stunning. I was a little worried about the den sofa, but this pull out couch is really comfortable. The stairs to the beach are steap but worth the semi-private beach! This place is kiddo friendly with adult comfort. Just note the active train that provided a 6am wake up call. My 8 yr old just had a blast. My family and I can't wait to return.

This place is my favorite gem in Encinitas, there's nothing like it. Absolutely recommend renting.

“You will love love love this home! When we first walked in, the view was amazing and better than we anticipated. The living area provides a large enough space for my family of four adults. Was it clean? I’ve been to other beachfront places that sometimes felt mildewy. This place was clean and ‘felt’ clean as if I cleaned it myself. I was so appreciative of its cleanliness because I’m the person who comes in and wipes everything down and runs the dishwasher before we even use the dishes. The two level patio gives options and space to spread out for the spectacular view. The landscaping was well maintained; there’s a sense of attention given to the home that makes you feel comfortable. The host was attentive by sending a text message to check in to make sure everything was ok, and provided contact info if found necessary. I would absolutely rent this home again. We enjoyed a week stay at this beautiful vacation home. The property was lovely and in a nice area. The views were amazing! The house was clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. Would love to come back someday!
