It was a great little place right on the beach and a nice walk to everything in Oceanside. It's been recently remodeled and very tidy. The train goes by every so often and it pretty loud but it's only for a second and really, why would you be inside for long when the beach is a two minute walk away! Rob was quick to reply, courteous, and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect! This location is great if you want to do the San Diego thing, as well as the LA/Hollywood tour. Condo was clean, easy access. Owner is easily available to contact and respectful to all needs. My family and I will be back! Thank you for everything!

My family was looking for a nice, quiet place on the beach to vacation yet close enough to San Diego to visit the zoo and Sea World and we found all of that here at this condo. The owner was great to deal with, the whole process was so simple which made our experience that much more relaxing. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool was fantastic and you couldn't be any closer to the beach. Our favorite part was the Harbor with great restaurants that we walked to each night. Many places to explore and lots of entertainment. We will definately keep this place in mind for future family vacations.

We stayed at this beach condo over the Christmas Holiday and had a very good time. The North Coast Village grounds were very festive, our granddaughter loved the "firework trees". Nice location, close to the beach and gardens.. The owners are nice to work with. We will be renting again!

It was such a wonderful stay there. There is everything you ever needed. A great view, a nice appartement, a super equipment, a lovely bathroom. really EVERYTHING!!! A beautiful garden with a pool a also a whirlpool. Its really worth to stay there and to come back!!!
