This is a great rental property. We had it for seven people. It fit everybody great. The pictures are a little bit deceiving. It is actually even closer to a great age in the pictures suggest. It is literally a two minute walk to get to the beach, three minutes to get in the ocean. The property manager is very receptive. The kitchen is great. There is no air-conditioning but there are abundant fans and just keeping the windows open was more than enough. We will definitely come back here.

This home is a great location to beach with everything we needed! Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs and even sun hats provided in garage. Beach toys for use located outside in a storage bench and a nice warm shower out back to rinse off from beach. Easy gate access to beach on main floor with a beautiful walkway path leading to beach. We also went out front to walk to beach to watch sunset from the cliffs. Stairs right there to walk down to beach as well to watch the beautiful sunsets and surfers. We even walked back from Belmont roller coaster which only took 45 min stroll walking down beach. Photos online of this rental looked better than in person. First impression walking in the door was a shocker as the tile is dated. Threw me back to the 70's. Bathrooms too. But kitchen nicely updated. Overall wonderful rental. Only a few recommendations to this rental would be 1. Downstairs bedrooms: a. consider adding a TV downstairs at least in just one room, where the bunks are (2 rooms downstairs). My grandkids brought their nintendo switch and had to use the main tv upstairs. They were looking forward to playing games at bedtime in their room. b. Black out shades/drapes would not cost much to replace with the sheer curtains in the bedrooms on bottom floor and second floor and provide much better rest from the bright sun in the morning. Bring earplugs for those sleeping on bottom floor in case those upstairs get up early. 2. Outdoor driveway gate: Perhaps have the gate code on the inside as well. We didn't see another way to open gate. It's a little tricky at first to open the driveway gate from inside the gate. You have to remove your arm right away when gate starts to open or you will hurt your arm. We are glad the dimensions for the covered carport was included because our Toyota Sequioa was too high to park under it and too high to fit in the garage. Parking outside there is plenty of room just a very narrow driveway. We absolutely loved rental and would come again! Great vacation! Thank you.
