This is an outstanding location. It is half a block from the beach, two blocks from Belmont Park. It's far enough back from the beach path to not have to deal with the youngsters partying on the front line. Each room has an air conditioner that works very well. Internet is strong throughout the house. There are nice beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards that come in very handy. Plenty of house and beach towels. Communication is very good. A check in email was sent after check in to see how it was going. We made a request/inquiry, and it was handled within 2 hours.

So bummed we have to leave, we thoroughly enjoyed this extended month long staycation. From the location, to the large patio, to the ease of having 1 story, to the comfortable and clean interior, the place was perfect for our family of 5. Most of our time was spent on the patio, which had a nice shad umbrella and a built in bbq. Having a/c in every room was nice, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was large, and the house had everything we needed. We'll be sure to reserve again, was perfect for us old folks that need onsite parking and no stairs. The patio was an absolute treat, fenced for our small dog & shade umbrella & spacious. The interior was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning units in every room made our stay even that much better. A special thank you to the managers who were extremely patient & helpful.

The property was fantastic. Perfect for our son that is in a wheelchair. Close to beach and so many activities . We will definitely stay again.

Cute home that is close to all amenities! Great access to the beach and cycling trails. My siblings and significant others enjoyed the property. Definitely would rent this property in the future.

Highly recommend for a group of 6 looking for a quiet place but still walking distance to the ocean and dining. The views are beautiful! The beach is even more beautiful, there's a lifeguard tower and our kids were able to swim and surf. The master bed was super comfortable, the tv's were smart so we were able to watch Netflix. I'd recommend more beach chairs.
