My sisters and I stayed in this condo over Memorial Day weekend 2016 and had a great time! The condo was close to the beach (walking distance) and close to several restaurants. The condo was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities (toilet paper, pots to cook with) that we needed during our stay including cable :) I look forward to staying in this condo again!

I enjoyed staying at this beach condo. I was doing Oceanside 70.3 and it was close to the start and not far from the finish. Perfect location. The owner was very nice and helpful. The condo was clean, comfy bed , pool, spa all great.

Staying at this condo made for a fantastic get-a-way. My family and I (family of four) had a wonderful time at this Oceanside condo. The location is within five minutes walking distance from the beach...and that is with two very young kids. The property was amazing and feeding the koi fish was a highlight to each day for our two and half year old. The condo had all of the amenities needed to make ourselves at home during our stay. We felt as though everything had been thought of by the owners. Robert's (the owner) welcoming nature made us feel right at home. He was available to answer any questions that we had and provided great insight on the surrounding area. We will be back, The Motleys

Our family had a wonderful time. Walking onto the grounds, left us with a feeling as if we were at a 5-star resort...the landscape, pool, spa and putt-putt golf amenities were fabulous and fun. A few steps from the ocean and walking distance from shops and restaurants, you couldn't ask for a better location. The property itself is well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay...from pots and eating-ware to beach boards and towels. Owners are very professional, easy to coordinate with, and hassle-free.

Our family stayed a week - and it wasn't near long enough! The condo complex is stunning, the pool and all facitlities are gorgeous. The close proximity to the beach was perfect as well. The condo was perfect for our family, providing everything we needed (the train did pass by which only affected the people sleeping on the hide a bed for a very brief time). The owners and HOA were easy to deal with and their recommendations of nearby restaurants and shopping were excellent. (Make sure to also try Le petit Madeline in Oceanside for meals, baked goods and amazing coffee!!!). We loved walking the beach all along Oceanside, the pier, visiting the shops downtown and relaxing at the pool. It is an easy drive to SeaWorld and Downtown San Diego to take in the sights there. We loved touring the USS Midway and found some excellent Mexican restaurant in the heart of San Diego (La Fiesta!!!). We managed to get to some outlet shopping as well south of San Diego very close to the border. It was a reasonable drive and great shops, great sales!! I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family and really hope to stay again!!
