Host was responsive, location was great, & did I mentioned the views are incredible! The property had everything we needed for a PERFECT VACATION. Thanks so much to the hosts, hope to return!!!

We spent 5 days here with or two young-adult children. The location to so many activities is perfect providing many options for all of us. We rented bikes so dinner in Pacific Beach was easy to get to. The beach was beautiful and we saw dolphins a couple times. The condo is very well appointed and clean and the views are spectacular!!! Note- the master bedroom is very bright at night with street lights right outside - bring your sleep mask if light bothers your sleeping. We loved everything about our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with amazing views and amenities. .

Our family loved our stay. Walking distance to restaurants, jet skis, belmont park. Absolutely beautiful sunsets. Kids loved the boogie boards / riding the waves. It was worth it being on the top level for the view.

We are a family of parents with our son, wife and 2 grandsons, ages 5 and 12. Had a great time at this property. So convenient with the beach just steps away. We spent a lot of time at the beach just relaxing and could barely get the 12 year old out of the ocean! Enjoyed a day at Belmont Park which as great for all ages. Also enjoyed a day at Sea World. Although a bit pricey it was well worth it. There’s local shopping, dining and bars very near so no need to drive plus parking is at a premium. I highly recommend this property. It’s very roomy and the deck is awesome to sit out for a morning coffee and cocktails later. Having a washer/dryer was also a plus with kids. One big positive is that it’s located on a part of the beach that is not so crowded. The only downfall is it’s 3 flights of stairs to carry suitcases and groceries so be prepared for that. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall my family had a great stay! Unbeatable location on the beach. Unit was well furnished and clean. I may suggest upgrade of new knives. To floor top balcony provided great views of sunsets and beach. Great place!!
