Excellent location and great views

710 Vacation Rentals is great to work with. Absolutely no issues with reservations, payments or check-in. In fact they let us check-in much earlier than we expected, which was a huge bonus for us! The place was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Perfect for 2 couples get away! The location between Belmont & Crystal Pier is perfect as it is all walkable but a bit more quiet. The view is everything! Parking is a plus also. People watching here is the best! The only thing that I would suggest is to have a couple pods of coffee and some cream & sugar packets to get visitors started. I have a feeling that with covid things are extra stripped down in that way thought. We will rent with this company again and this rental just what we needed and expected. Thank you 710!

View was amazing! Bedding felt plush and inviting. Great location. Handy parking spot. Appreciated extra beach towels. Service through 710 fantastic! The only drawback for me was not having washing machine/dryer for laundry inside unit (my suggestion: pack so you won't need to do laundry if possible). Laundry facilities, for the entire complex, are located at the back of the parking garage, not very convenient.

A great condo - so clean and well stocked. The view Of the beach and sunset from the front bedroom and the patio/balcony was heavenly. I'll definitely be coming back! I was impressed that whenever I had a question prior to arrival, I was always able to reach the staff quickly by phone or email.

Perfect location! Loved having a second story so we could leave the doors open all night for the breeze and not worry about security!!! Super easy parking and beach access, with all the chairs and umbrellas you need! We were there when it was a little warm and were worried about not having a/c (most San Diego places don't) but the cleaning crew left the fans on and it was nice and cool upon arrival. Shops and restaurants easy walking distance. We only use 710 rentals- and will definitely choose this location to stay again!!!
