Pros: The house has an amazing view & is a 2 min. walk to the beach on a basically private path. It was very roomy & fit our family of 7 adults & a baby perfectly. The kitchen was nice & updated. Cons: Parts of the house are pretty old & a little rundown. Just getting new carpet would make a big difference. It was clean though & again, the location & view were amazing. We had an awesome week!

Plenty of space and privacy. Clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We had a lovely time on the beach and in surrounding areas of La Jolla.

Gathered with family members to celebrate a family birthday. Younger kids loved playing hide and seek in all the nooks and crannies in this house. All ages loved the view and access to the beach. Functional kitchen for family style meals. Number of ceiling fans and stand alone fans were great as there is no A/C. Property Management responded quickly to questions. The bathrooms could use updating but not a show stopper. Can recommend to friends.
