Awesome house and awesome location!!

Unbelievable experience! We had the vacation of a lifetime, and we hope to stay in the same unit next year. I had one question during my stay (about the propane tank on the grill), and the manager Nick answered the first time I called and explained there was a full propane tank onsite. Excellent referrals for restaurants and rentals, too. Everything worked great, and was exactly as it appeared in the pictures online. Priceless view of the bay daily. There was a lot of activity/traffic on the bayside boardwalk right behind the property, but everyone was SO FRIENDLY.

Well maintained. Easy access. Clean and modern. Everything you need supplied. Fantastic. Highly recommended.

Our entire experience was amazing! From the host (great communication, very helpful) to the location (nothing in front of you but white sand & calming water) to the home itself (immaculate), we could not have asked for a better stay. We plan to be back next year, thank you so much!!!

Our family of 7 had an amazing time, one of the best vacation homes we've stayed in over the years. Very spacious, modern, fantastic indoor/outdoor areas with the patio literally inches from a swim friendly beach. The ground floor was appealing to us for easy access to and from the beach. The manager Nick went out of his way to get us the parking space outside in order to fit our suburban. We would come for another stay without question.

We stayed at Point Break 1 during March 2017. We had a total of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The condo is wonderful; the setting was ideal. We enjoyed being on the bay side, which is quiet and peaceful, but is a 3 minute walk to the ocean. The condo very nice and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the front patio, where we spent most of our time. I would definitely recommend this vacation home!
