Great stay, not as flexible with check-in and check out. Aside from that, wonderful property and was as advertised!

We loved this house on Loring street. It was close to lots of different things, our favorite, the beach. We walked to restaurants, shops and even a great grocery store. Close to the beach, but quite a walk up stairs to get there. Not for anyone who is disabled or has mobility issues. House is a perfect rental for a large group. The areas that really mattered (kitchen, living room & bedrooms) were updated. Bathrooms were not, but were large and fully functional. Lack of air conditioning was only a problem right when we arrived because the house had gotten so hot. We kept it aired out after that and were always comfortable. Nice walk to nearby downtown for meals. Would definitely return!

The home was also very clean - I wiped down all surfaces just to be safe and there wasn`t a spot of dust or dirt.
