Beautiful upscale modern beach house. The view from the deck is great and peacefully romantic at night. The accordion windows allow you to merge with the sights and sounds of the beach and adjacent bike path whereas the automatic blinds allow the opposite.
The property is clean and well maintained. The host company is prompt to respond. Some beach/water supplies available on the property as well as lots of interesting books. Walking distance to bike/board rentals, fresh coffee, small restaurants, parks.

This is an excellent designer beach house. (Quite a few people walking by stopped to take photos). The property is modern and seems very new. The owners have great taste as evidenced by the high quality appliances and numerous design elements. The location can't be beat; it is steps away from Mission Bay beach and a few minutes walk to the ocean. It was also quick and easy to drive to all the many great restaurants and bars we visited in San Diego. We drove down in our Tesla so having a parking garage and Tesla charger was a real plus. The a/c throughout the house was also very welcome. We were only a party of two so we had plenty of space. The rooms are large and the ground-floor is open plan. It also has a great rooftop deck accessible from the master bedroom. The house is well stocked for the beach with plenty of towels, beach chairs, paddle board, etc. If staying again, I would take our own pillows. The ones provided were all a bit on the soft side. The beds themselves were high quality (like the rest of the house), but I find that a good pillow is the key to a great night's sleep. So, my only quibble would be to have a choice of pillows (soft, medium, hard). Highly recommended.

The home was beautiful. You could walk to everything and Surf Style was very quick to message us back. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Perfect location! Right on the bay- easy to walk to rent kayaks etc. A couple blocks to the ocean and the house has everything you need for water fun. Super clean and the hosts are very responsive. We will definitely be back!
