Awesome beach house. Leucadia beach bluffs are so amazing that we are thinking of buying down there. The private beach stairs at this property are particularly special. Love the storage locker with beach supplies right at the beach.

This place was great! It was a perfect place to vacation and still be distant from others. We got groceries and never went out again! The outer deck was great to hang out, eat, and play games. The beach wasn't crowded because you can privately access it far from the public access points. There is a shed near the bottom of the steps holding all the beach stuff so you dont have to drag it all the way up and down. Minor downsides just FYI, the beach is a little rocky hear but definitely still got plenty of boogie boarding and playing in the sand in. The train is also nearby and pretty loud. It doesn't seem to run or blare it's horn at night or on the weekends but it does pretty early in the AM on weekdays. But I wouldn't let that deter you. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We wanted to get away for a family vacation after the shelter in place but didn’t want to venture too far. It really is beautiful and so clean! Housekeeping really sanitized everything (which was a big concern for my family) Every bedroom has a view of the ocean that is so tranquil. The stairs to get down to the beach were a little steep the first time down with the little ones. But after they conquered their fear of heights it wasn’t a problem. There is a storage shed at the bottom of the stairs with beach chairs/boogieboards so you don’t have to worry about bringing it all back up! Very conveniently located within walking distance to great restaurants. We had a great family experience!

We rented this beach house for my husbands 40th birthday with two other couples (6 adults total). We planned it 4 months prior and then Covid and protests happened. Needless to say we were anticipating this vacation so much, we periodically would look at the listing pictures just to get excited again. Even after how much we looked at the pics, when we walked into the place we were breathless. The views were stunning, the place was clean, charming, roomy. It truly was perfect. The patio is so spacious and lovely. We spend the majority of our time out there bi live dolphins, and we saw them every day. The stairs down to the beach are pretty steep and a workout coming back up, I was grateful I didn't have my toddler and baby there, as the beach access is not kid friendly. But peaceful beach getaways aren't for kids anyway. We've been home for a little over a week and we're still talking about it and would love to plan a time to go back. It was perfect!
