This is perfect for couple or group of three. It really cannot sleep more than that. The second bedroom is tiny. Just enough room for pull out sofa. The other bedroom was king bed and normal size. That said, I slept so well there since it felt so contained and cozy. The view and location cannot be beat and check in / check out were a breeze.

We booked this home because it is an uncanny resemblance to our own home and we weren't disappointed. It's the perfect size for a couple, walking distance to fabulous restaurants, and the best spot for making dinner and relaxing at home. Unfortunately the tides didn't cooperate for us to be able to use the beach, but it didn't matter. The patio off the kitchen area were a great spot to sit and relax while listening to the waves crash. We would happily return.

What a fantastic place to relax, recharge and enjoy Encinitas! The home has incredible ocean views from both inside and outside on the decks. It was such a treat to walk down your own private stairs to the quiet beach below. The plants on the property are just gorgeous. It is located in a quiet part of town. It was perfect for two people. Loved the big second bathroom and the bed was comfy cozy. The property management team was readily available if we needed anything. Truly hope to return again. Thanks for sharing this very special place!

Best location ever! We could have sat on the balcony the entire time. The view is the best we’ve ever had in an Airbnb and the location of the house in Encinitas was perfect.
