We had a nice stay. It is a small, simple place. It sits in an area that is very active. Lots of people watching. Parking is tight so make sure you are in smaller cars or bring just one car. It sits very close to everything you may need. It's all just steps away.

GREAT SPOT, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY FOR THE KIDS. Amusement park within steps and a great park on the bay close by too.

Our expectations were exceeded! We've stayed in Mission Beach several times and this place was the best so far in terms of condition (everything was very nicely maintained), amenities (a/c was a must for us!), style (we loved how modern it was), & location (we wanted to be able to walk to Belmont Park). We'll definately be reserving again.

The full floor windows in the living room looking out to the ocean sold us on this place. There are ocean views from all rooms except the second bedroom. The unit is a short walk to Belmont. Also as the ad notes the patio is only for this unit and one of the reasons we'll return next year. Thank you for a great stay.

The location of this property is outstanding. In the heart of Mission Beach, this clean and well kept property is steps from the beach with easy access to restaurants and shops. The indoor floor plan is an efficient use of space with everything we needed for our long weekend. The outdoor patio provides additional living space and is a wonderful place to gather, have that morning cup of coffee and evening glass of wine. Would stay again and highly recommend.
