This place is neat and tidy. It was very relaxing to come back after a day of socialising, and just having a nice clean place to recharge my social batteries. Little Italy is alive at night and has many places to enjoy a meal and people watch with a glass or two of wine. The front door of this place is on the street, which gives you direct access to the road for quick ride-share pick-ups, public transport access, or even for a quick trip outside to get a snack. It is a micro-walking distance of bars and restaurants. Also a quick walk to Downtown San Diego, the waterfront and Seaport Village! I'm saving this place as one of my favourites for future stays. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This property was perfect for the two of us. A block off the main strip of Little Italy with a front door straight to the street. A half block from the trolley. Quite spacious for a studio. The little extra “study” room was a wonderful place to quietly relax. The furniture was comfortable, the house was clean. 2 ceiling fans kept the temperature perfect. Ideal spot for urban explorers as you are so close to the action downtown and can get anywhere you need to go via the trolley.
