Surf Style as a management company provided great ease of communication, ease of self check in. A complete informational booklet on the coffee table with everything to needed to know about the property and the neighborhood. The property down to the studs is beautiful. On a great location. Only 1 block away from the actual beach and waterfront to Mission Bay. The indoor outdoor living with the accordion doors that open up to the back patio was a great way to have unobstructed views of the water, the beach goers, the boats, and one day, even the Dolphins! The Gourmet Kitchen was well appointed and made it feel like home when cooking. The bedrooms are also a large size. The Two car attached parking plus drive way space was great as well. I highly suggest this property. My only advise however is if you are not the type of person who like to have other people looking into your living room/kitchen are…this is not the place for you. The house is so beautifully remodeled that people walking by can’t help to look at the house. If you don’t mind this, then this is a wonderful place for its design, location, space, kitchen area… for me, purely wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the boardwalk and mission beach. Every detail of the house was beautiful and clean. The house was right on mission bay where our kids could play on the sand every day. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need. Parking was convenient and the house has a large two car garage. Thank you so much for our stay!
