Beautiful place. Well kept and great service.

This place is gorgeous! If you want as close to a private beach as you can get in California, with fantastic views, a big and gorgeous patio, at a relaxing and well-stocked house on a quiet and friendly street, you will love this place. We cannot wait to return for another stay. The views are truly spectacular, and the home is open and breezy. There are more than enough towels, pillows, dishes, silverware, etc.. While the stairs from the beach are a bit of a workout they are certainly manageable (even for an out-of-shape 50-year-old like me), and there's a handy locked storage area at the bottom where you can leave chairs, umbrellas, etc. for the duration of your stay. There are also lots of nearby restaurant, grocery store, and local ice cream shop options. A great get-away for my wife and I and for our two teenagers. It had some minor maintenance issues but the managers quickly addressed the only urgent one. It is truly a relaxing slice of heaven and we look forward to visiting again!

Great Beach house, awesome stair access.

We spent a short (3 nights) few days at this beach house, and it was perfect for our family of five. There was enough space for everyone and a lovely deck where we ate most of our meals. This stretch of beach is a bit less rocky than nearby beaches and was not at all crowded during our stay. The house is in good shape, not perfect but it's a beach house and definitely exceeded our needs.
