Owner was very attentive to our needs and questions. Had beach toys and towels. Very close to beach and harbor at the same time. We had great time. Would stay there again.

Condo well furnished, well appointed and well cared for. Clean and inclusive of items needed for stay and play. Evidence of recent remodeling in some areas. Charge reasonable for prime season of year. Owners congenial and responsive. No A/C. Would return again.

Location is spectacular! The premises felt like an oasis, and the condo was charming, clean and made for the perfect family get away. We enjoyed a few home cooked meals thanks to the fully equipped kitchen. The location is also minutes away from the heart of Oceanside. We will remember this great family vacation for years to come!

First time using the site found an amazing condo just walking distance to the beach. The condo was great had everything we needed, quiet, friendly people, still enough room to feel like we were not in a hotel room and felt like home. The amenities were great lots of fun things to do with the family, short drive to the pier and all the attractions, will definitely book again very soon for our next trip, for anyone who is looking to book this place you will not be sorry.

This is a great location for all activities oceanside. Robert was a great host and communicated well from the day I made the reservation to the day I checked in. There were no unexpected surprises and will definitely stay here again. Great host, great location and great weekend. Thank you!!
