Fabulous accommodations, the place was beautiful! The manager Nick was responsive throughout our stay. We had one small issue with the hose bib outside & getting the cable tv to work in one of the rooms, he was there the same day to help us (he had the cutest chocolate lab Boomer with him, we’re big dog lovers!). The house was very clean & bedding was nice, though my in-laws requested extra towels and our housekeeper contact Mel from the welcome package immediately brought over extra’s for us. Thanks to Nick & Mel (and Boomer)!!!

I'm more than happy to rate this vacation rental 5 stars. Great communication, the house was fantastic, & location amazing. The management at Surf Style was quick to respond (within same day) & made our stay smooth and easy. Other than a minor issue with the outside hose that our contact Nick immediately fixed, everything was made very clear for us before our stay (we loved the restaurant suggestions!) and we had no further issues during our stay. The interior was very nice & clean, beautiful home & better than the photos. The master bed was very comfortable & had different seating areas (though we really didn’t need the seating areas as we just stayed in bed & enjoyed the amazing views!). We appreciate the newer furniture, & kitchen was well stocked. As far as location, I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Was a perfect fit for our family with young kids.

Nick was property manager he was generally always available and very helpful. The master bedroom was amazing and we loved the views. The shower in huge one thing I didn't like was no curtain or privacy, some people like private showers. Kitchen was stocked well with pots pans and plates. Location was great beach was quiet. Would highly recommend.

Really a lovely home, well appointed furniture & furnishings & great for our family. The Master bedroom is very peaceful with different seating areas to take advantage of the views, super comfortable bed, and was big enough for our toddler's pack n play. The living room had a nice new leather sofa. My kids enjoyed their own rooms with TV's, and nice to have the kitchen open to the dining & living areas. Overall a fantastic fit for us, only wish it wasn't raining so we could take advantage of the bay!

Our family highly recommends this home. Better than the photos with additional new furniture, lovely sit down water views with a swim-friendly bay right outside the front door, plenty of beach stuff & kitchenware. Manager Nick was extremely quick to respond & super helpful with questions we had about the area. 5 STARS

It was our family, my husband and two kids (ages 4&5) and my in-laws with my step sisters (ages 14&20) and we ALL had an amazing time for our vacation stay. Mission Bay was just steps away from the door which made going in and out with our kids a breeze. There were no waves so they were able to run and jump in the water very well. There is a volleyball court right in front as well so all you need is a volleyball (which was provided), the beach is literally across the street so we had the option of going to both with little problem. And even at the beach across the street the waves were small enough in which the kids were able to boogie board pretty far in for the waves to meet at their waist. It is a short walk to the boardwalk where there are games, rides and a miniature golf location which seemed to be well kept and the bathrooms were surprisingly clean compared to the bathrooms right off the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, the only set back is the small parking spaces however we were fully informed before booking. Also, Nick had emailed me about the microwave not working before arriving (which was no big deal) however he had someone bring an extra one. AND an extra propane tank for the BBQ (which had ran out) without us notifying him. Thank you Nick for a great vacation!
